Job Responsibility:
Taking an active role in our highly engaged Nordics Retail team, demonstrating a high degree of team spirit, curiosity & integrity with true passion to make an impact & a genuine interest in people
Creating strong, value-based relationships with our customers, wholesalers and internal stakeholders at Sandoz
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across all Nordic markets (DK, SE, NO, FI, IS), integrating statistical models with commercial insights from Sales, Tender, and Market Access teams
Translate commercial signals into supply chain actions, including tender outcomes, pricing changes, launches, and lifecycle events, ensuring timely and accurate planning
Lead the Demand Review process and support S&OP/IBP cycles, presenting forecast changes, risks, and opportunities to align stakeholders on a one-number plan
Manage tender-specific forecasting, incorporating probability-weighted volumes, contract timelines, and contingency planning for wins/losses
Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize inventory health, monitor service levels, and mitigate risks such as stock-outs or obsolescence across Nordic countries
Act as the link between Commercial and Operations, ensuring market dynamics and strategic priorities are embedded in supply planning decisions
Support financial outlook alignment by rolling up demand forecasts into revenue projections, ensuring consistency between operational plans and financial targets
Requirements:
Master’s degree or related higher education
2 years of experience in commercial and/or supply chain analyst role with strong track-record of driving business results, excellent people & analytical skills and the ability to turn data into insights and insights into impact
Strong understanding of full value chain
