Job Description

You will coordinate the development of operational excellence at the plant level and will work with leaders from various areas to ensure continuous improvement and optimise facilities, services, and production processes.

Job Responsibility

  • Support successfully the establishment of indicators for key process projects
  • Provide mentoring and training to the plant’s Black Belts and Green Belts
  • Participate in the ongoing development of strategies that contribute to improving quality and productivity within the plant
  • Develop effective standardised cost‑saving strategies based on Lean tools and techniques to achieve savings targets, perform regular follow‑up, and participate in global cost‑reduction initiatives and projects
  • Manage and oversee the budget for assigned projects
  • Collaborate with plant leaders to organise the support needed to achieve operational excellence (communications, rewards, etc.)
