Job Responsibility:
Preparation of the inbound flow for export shipments: prepare the acceptance of incoming goods by creating “truck files”, processing pickup notes in the system, preparing unplanned items, and creating inbound deliveries
Preparation of the outbound flow for export shipments: responsible for the full administrative handling of outgoing shipments, preparing all necessary transport documents
Shipment preparation: ensure the complete administrative handling of printed shipments and prepare transport documents
Document management: prepare packing lists and other essential administrative documents for the consult team
Internal coordination: act as the link between the warehouse and the teams handling export shipments, continuously coordinate with various stakeholders to guarantee a flawless flow of goods, follow up and coordinate any ambiguities in the incoming or outgoing flow
Requirements:
Administrative skills: accuracy and strong organizational abilities
Language skills: fluent communication in English, Dutch, and/or French, both verbally and in writing
IT skills: good knowledge of MS Office, with solid basic knowledge of Excel
Flexibility: willing to work in a shifted schedule (09:00–17:00, 11:00–19:00, or 14:00–22:00)
Mindset: eager to learn, able to work both independently and as part of a team, and remain calm and efficient when facing tight deadlines
Nice to have:
Relevant experience in air freight or the logistics sector is a strong asset
