contribute to operational projects to continue to improve ways of working across the business as it relates to client delivery
drive continuous improvement in the client experience, regularly reviewing and iterating in line with ongoing financial and tax evolution
provide internal support to sellers as they support our clients’ growth journey, bringing operational and process expertise to non-standard needs
oversee the administration of client agreements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
manage workflows for securing POs and approvals, track key milestones, and ensure timely follow-ups
work closely with the sales team to facilitate contract and PO execution, acting as a liaison between sales, finance, legal, and delivery as required
generate service order quotes for accounts or individuals requesting coaching
continuously evaluate and refine contract administration processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
Requirements:
2 years' experience in a project coordination role
experience in contract administration, sales operations, or legal support preferred
strong ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules efficiently
accuracy in scheduling, tracking and reporting
knowledge in contracting and centralized and decentralized billing processes
proficient in CRM [Salesforce], Microsoft Suite, and contract management software
