The Operational Lead drives successful outcomes by expertly applying advanced business analysis methodologies and coordinating cross-functional project initiatives. This role requires in-depth subject matter and industry expertise to define and deliver innovative solutions, significantly contributing to operational standards and the broader objectives of the function.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, coordinate, and successfully implement multiple projects and programs across Operations, in cooperation with Product and Technology partners, and for/with clients
Co-operate closely with business stakeholders, Product, and Technology partners to define and align vision and strategic goals
Perform in-depth process analysis and design solutions in response to client or operational needs
Deliver comprehensive business requirements, prepare testing plans, and execute/oversee testing to ensure solutions meet defined needs
Formulate detailed project plans, including analysis of effort, cost, and potential impact on various Citi businesses
Challenge the status quo, display initiative and innovation in coming up with solutions
Ensure that all necessary project and analysis documentation is maintained
Act as a trusted partner to clients and internal business partners
Requirements:
6-10 years relevant experience
Experience in Funds Accounting/Middle Office/Transfer Agency operations
Strong understanding of financial markets
Understanding of PMBOK or BABOK standard and/or IIBA / PMP certification is advantageous
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure
Excellent communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills, capable of leading meetings with diverse stakeholders
Very good command of English
Proven ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and manage tasks in a complex work environment
