Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Inventory Analyst to join our Operational Accounting team in Dallas on a long-term contract basis. This role is responsible for end-to-end accounting and analysis of inventory movements across multiple transportation and operational channels.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the daily inventory reconciliation process across assigned locations, facilities, or operational channels
  • Ensure accurate accounting and reporting for high-volume transactional data across multiple systems
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies with urgency and precision
  • Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights to support business performance
  • Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and accuracy
  • Support revenue reconciliation and billing validation processes
  • Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements to streamline workflows
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, driving continuous improvement
