Job Responsibility

  • Set up and operate wafer manufacturing equipment
  • Recommend ways to improve process control and yield
  • Maintain accurate documentation of wafer/lot processing
  • Perform shift and weekly qualifications on wafer equipment
  • Light maintenance work

Requirements

  • US citizenship or permanent residency
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • AAS degree in an engineering technology field
  • equivalent education
  • equivalent prior experience in semiconductor industry
  • 2+ years’ experience in semiconductor fab (R&D or manufacturing)
  • Experience as semiconductor fab operations/manufacturing technician
  • Comfortable working with chemicals
  • Able to work in a flexible development environment
  • Good understanding of Statistical Process Control principles and application
  • Able to use Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of semiconductor processing
  • Able to operate multiple metrology tools
  • Quick learner
  • Team-oriented
  • Clear, concise verbal and written skills
  • Can understand and communicate effectively with Management, Engineering, Vendors, Customers
  • Strong customer service skills
