Job Responsibility:

Set up and operate wafer manufacturing equipment
Recommend ways to improve process control and yield
Maintain accurate documentation of wafer/lot processing
Perform shift and weekly qualifications on wafer equipment
Light maintenance work
Maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:

US citizenship or permanent residency
High school diploma or G.E.D.
AAS degree in an engineering technology field
equivalent education
equivalent prior experience in semiconductor industry
2+ years’ experience in semiconductor fab (R&D or manufacturing)
Experience as semiconductor fab operations/manufacturing technician
Comfortable working with chemicals
Able to work in a flexible development environment
Good understanding of Statistical Process Control principles and application
Able to use Microsoft Office
Knowledge of semiconductor processing
Able to operate multiple metrology tools
Quick learner
Team-oriented
Clear, concise verbal and written skills
Can understand and communicate effectively with Management, Engineering, Vendors, Customers
Strong customer service skills
Positive, can-do attitude
Reliability in attendance and work quality a must
Flexible
Commitment to quality output
Able to expand roles/responsibilities
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to lift lot boxes, 2-35 lbs.
Must be able to walk long distances
Must be able to wear cleanroom attire, including protective eye gear and face mask
Must be able to work flexible hours based on company needs

Nice to have:
