Job Description

At Bosch Digital we operate a central API Management platform that enables business units across the Bosch Group to handle APIs in a professional, secure, and scalable manner throughout their life-cycle. As an Operation Specialist your focus is on extending the platform with new capabilities and continuously maturing the setup to optimize functional coverage, stability and efficiency in close collaboration with the operations team.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze new requirements and technologies
  • Implement new components and changes from proof-of-concept to production
  • Maintain continuous integration with the Bosch IT landscape
  • Improve automation, observability and CI/CD workflows
  • Closely collaborate with vendors, users and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong technical background
  • Knowledge in container technologies (e.g., Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge in Linux and CI/CD technologies
  • Experience with Scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Powershell, Ansible, Python)
  • Understanding of API and Networking standards (e.g., REST, OAS, OAuth, HTTP, TCP, TLS)
  • Experience in API Management software
  • Goal-oriented and structured approach to working in a complex environment
  • Proactiveness and collaboration
  • Fluency in English language
