This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for driving operational performance, service delivery, team leadership and commercial outcomes across two Western Australian locations. You will assume responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business, strengthening structure, accountability and operational discipline while enabling the Director to transition into a more strategic leadership focus. As the organisation continues to evolve, the position offers both immediate leadership responsibility and a clear pathway toward broader general management responsibilities over the next three to five years.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and oversee daily operations across the Rockingham and Malaga locations
Improve operational visibility through stronger scheduling, workflow management, reporting and resource allocation
Enhance service delivery, responsiveness and customer outcomes for key clients
Strengthen leadership capability, accountability and team culture across the business
Support commercial growth through improved client engagement and operational execution
Requirements:
Experience within B2B trade services, technical building services or related sectors
Experience managing a business unit, operational division or service function
Commercial exposure, ideally including P&L awareness, cost control and labour-to-revenue decision making
Demonstrated success in improving service delivery, customer outcomes and team performance
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build and maintain key account relationships
The ability to balance accountability, culture and performance when managing diverse teams and strong personalities
Strong attention to detail and system/data accuracy
