Job Description

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for driving operational performance, service delivery, team leadership and commercial outcomes across two Western Australian locations. You will assume responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business, strengthening structure, accountability and operational discipline while enabling the Director to transition into a more strategic leadership focus. As the organisation continues to evolve, the position offers both immediate leadership responsibility and a clear pathway toward broader general management responsibilities over the next three to five years.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and oversee daily operations across the Rockingham and Malaga locations

Requirements

  • Experience within B2B trade services, technical building services or related sectors
  • Experience managing a business unit, operational division or service function
  • Commercial exposure, ideally including P&L awareness, cost control and labour-to-revenue decision making
  • Demonstrated success in improving service delivery, customer outcomes and team performance
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build and maintain key account relationships
  • The ability to balance accountability, culture and performance when managing diverse teams and strong personalities
  • Strong attention to detail and system/data accuracy
