Requirements

  • 25+ years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, and project-based industries with proven end-to-end plant operations leadership
  • Strong track record of achieving On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Customer Delivery Date (CDD) targets
  • Extensive leadership experience managing cross-functional teams (Production, PPC, Design, PMO, Quality, etc.)
  • Experience in capacity expansion, automation, plant modernization, and large-scale project execution
  • Exposure to Lean / Six Sigma / continuous improvement practices for operational efficiency
  • Strong expertise in ERP systems, MIS, analytics-driven decision-making, and cost optimization
  • High accountability, ownership mindset, effective problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Age: 45-50 years
  • Industry Fit: Candidates should have experience in project-based / engineering / fabrication industries
  • Location: Willing to relocate to Chennai with family
