Operation Head

• Develop and implement production strategies to achieve efficiency, quality, and cost targets
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources (manpower, machinery, materials)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen
• Monitor production schedules to meet customer demands and business objectives
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime
• Optimize plant Machinery and equipment availability
• Implementation predictive maintenance and automation
• Manage budgets for spare parts, repairs, and overall asset management
• Lead process improvement initiatives
• Ensure efficient use of plant layouts, utilities, and automation solutions
• Responsible for project planning, scheduling, estimation, tender evaluation, and cost forecasting for large-scale construction, EPC, mechanical erection, heavy industrial equipment, and civil/structural projects
• Develop and monitor production plans, schedules, and inventory management
• Work closely with supply chain, procurement, and sales teams for demand planning
• Ensure on-time delivery and minimal production bottlenecks
• Optimize inventory levels and material flow for cost-effective production
• Work closely with Engineering Team to achieve functional and organisation Objectives
• Work with Engineering Manager to ensure Design accuracy and Quality
• Team Productivity and skill development
• Work on collaboration between Engineering, Project and Production teams
