Operation Executive

• Ensure all the respective representatives meet the fit and proper standards under the Representative Notification Framework (RNF)
• Handle checks, manage timelines effectively, and prepare all essential documents for onboarding and offboarding processes
• Flag out adverse findings and escalate cases for further evaluation
• Work closely with the compliance team and other internal/external stakeholders to facilitate the licensing process and address any issues or concerns that may arise
• Provide regular statistics & reports to management and distribution channels related to candidate and appointment of representatives

• 1+ years of experience in Distribution Support, particularly in MAS Representative Notification Framework (Highly preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Highly organized, focused, and able to work under tight timelines and pressure
• Ability to express thought process
• Independent, self-driven, results-oriented and team player
• Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience in Distribution Support, particularly in MAS Representative Notification Framework
