We are hiring for a leading financial services company seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operation Executive to join our dynamic back-office team. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate processing, administration, and execution of various financial service processes. Recent university graduates and career starters are encouraged to apply!

Job Responsibility:

  • Process Execution & Compliance: Perform daily administrative tasks necessary for the initiation and maintenance of client products and services, ensuring strict adherence to all internal guidelines and regulatory standards
  • Workflow Coordination: Act as a critical liaison between internal stakeholders, administrators, and international service centers to manage new accounts, renewals, amendments, and service requests efficiently
  • Case Management & Resolution: Handle, examine, and resolve various client cases according to established company philosophies and operational guidelines, focusing on ensuring fair and timely outcomes
  • Stakeholder Communication: Professionally manage inquiries and requests from external partners and clients regarding product administration, account status, and specific cases
  • Operational Improvement: Proactively identify areas for process enhancement, provide constructive feedback on operational bottlenecks, and assist in maintaining and updating crucial procedural documentation (SOPs)
  • System Testing: Participate in the user acceptance testing (UAT) for new business processes and technological system rollouts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Administration, or any related discipline
  • Prior office or administrative experience is a plus, but fresh/recent graduates are very welcome
  • Experience handling specific financial product-related cases will be favorably considered
  • Highly conscientious, possessing excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of accuracy
  • Proactive, independent, and self-motivated with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese is required
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Nice to have:

Proficiency in spoken Mandarin is a bonus
