Job Responsibility

  • Lead team to ensure all facilities & systems under OPS Department responsibility are operating within parameters
  • Ensures continuous supply of utilities to manufacturing and support groups
  • Ensures that all Intel and JLL EHS policies are proactively implemented and supported including good housekeeping and ergonomics
  • Manage individual shift team members and responsible for any activities and incident on site during working shift
  • Lead and be responsible for shift pass down meeting and daily tool-box meeting with team members
  • Support and give instructions for shift operators to familiarize with facility system such as power distribution system, Mechanical Wet, Mechanical Dry, Automation, Process and Building Service
  • Responsible for smooth operation and tight control facilities equipment – expect no human error ITP/ITS
  • Responsible for making periodic assigned reports and analytical reports such as PEMS, shift reports, load trending, Pass down and other specific assignment
  • Follow strictly on escalation process to department supervisor and manager about any abnormalities of system
  • Follow strictly on available RFC, SOO, SOP
  • Participate and contribute to making documents for operation such as SOP, SOO, RFC, PTP, SIPP
  • Coordinate and support other teams PM, CM, PDM electrical and mechanical team in their daily tasks to prevent any interruption
  • Lead shift team to perform troubleshooting for any facility equipment and ATM manufacturing tool
  • Lead to team to perform site assessment and verification in response to Action Line and customers’ requests on all system during working shift
  • Attend safety training and ensure zero safety incidents for team
  • Support sub-contractor work at site
  • Take initiative contribute to root-cause analysis and system improvement
  • Strictly comply with all safety guideline by Intel and JLL
  • Report regularly to Department Supervisor and Manager for team performance

Requirements

  • Certificate of Mechanical, Electrical or Automation degree
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant in facility field, building service or plant engineer
  • Experience in team work as team leader
  • Well organized and keen to details
  • Excellent communication skills and courteous in providing customer service
  • Knowledgeable in industrial operation and automation system
  • Knowledge and exposure to lean
  • Knowledge to perform technical assessment and safety verification
  • Has sense of urgency and initiative
  • Working effective with Computer system including MS Office and Auto Cad
  • Fluent English communication
