  • Work with sterling team to support their app in both pre-prod (via Snow tickets) and prod (Change tickets/CTASKs) for changes
  • Test connectivity between endpoints for services to/from the platform to validate firewall connectivity (both pre-prod & prod) either manually of via automated jobs
  • Updating config maps, secrets, routes, services, or other K8S/Openshift objects (both pre-prod & prod) manually of via automated job.
  • Update/Renew certs for objects on container platform (e.g.: ingress certs, route certs, wild card certs etc.) (both pre-prod & prod) either manually or via automated jobs
  • Help with patching updates of container platform (both pre-prod & prod) - either manually or via automated jobs
  • Create DR plans and keep them ready/updated for unforeseen situations
