Job Description

The Open On-Call Server Assistant supports the Food & Beverage team in ensuring smooth daily operations. In this role, you will help prepare service areas, maintain cleanliness and organization, and assist the team during service when needed. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic restaurant environment while contributing to Four Seasons service standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and organize service areas, equipment, and materials for daily operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-of-house areas and service stations
  • Support the service team by assisting with food transport and service during busy periods
  • Handle cleaning, restocking, and safe transport of equipment and materials
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and Four Seasons standards while supporting daily operations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience

  • Basic English communication skills
