The Open On-Call Server Assistant supports the Food & Beverage team in ensuring smooth daily operations. In this role, you will help prepare service areas, maintain cleanliness and organization, and assist the team during service when needed. Job Responsibility
Prepare and organize service areas, equipment, and materials for daily operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-of-house areas and service stations
Support the service team by assisting with food transport and service during busy periods
Handle cleaning, restocking, and safe transport of equipment and materials
Follow hygiene, safety, and Four Seasons standards while supporting daily operations
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Interest in Food & Beverage
Basic English communication skills
Good teamwork and communication abilities
Attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail
