In this role, you will own the product strategy for user engagement and growth, leveraging best practices from successful communities in other industries (e.g. technology, developer networks, social platforms) to make our platform the go-to hub for finance professionals.

Job Responsibility

  • Contribute to the product roadmap for community features and growth specific to your region
  • Bring a regional lens to product roadmap and execution
  • Articulate a clear vision for how OD will evolve to serve financial services professionals in your region, incorporating cross-industry insights on what makes enterprise online communities flourish
  • Design features and programs that drive active community engagement on the platform
  • Implement creative engagement strategies such as gamification, interactive content, and exclusive events to enhance user participation and loyalty
  • Own the user growth strategy for your region aligned with the product vision
  • Develop initiatives to onboard professionals and convert them into engaged members using organic and targeted outreach strategies
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop community-centric features

Requirements

  • Proven knowledge of building active online communities or networks with features like gamification, user-generated content, and personalization
  • Expertise in analyzing product metrics, running experiments, and gathering user feedback to inform product improvements
  • Creative mindset with awareness of community engagement trends across industries
  • Significant experience in financial services with understanding of front, middle, and back-office functions
  • Understanding of regional trends in Financial Services and collaboration platforms
  • 5-10+ years in product management with at least 2-3 years in a senior role
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to handle ambiguity, and strong user advocacy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
