We are seeking a Product Leader to drive this vision – someone with deep financial services experience and a passion for community-driven growth. In this role, you will own the product strategy for user engagement and growth, leveraging best practices from successful communities in other industries (e.g. technology, developer networks, social platforms) to make our platform the go-to hub for finance professionals.
Job Responsibility:
Contribute to the product roadmap for community features and growth specific to your region
Design features and programs that drive active community engagement on the platform
Own the user growth strategy for your region aligned with the product vision
Collaborate with product teams to develop community-centric features
Work with internal teams and external partners to translate community vision into product features and go-to-market plans
Establish KPIs for community health and growth
Requirements:
Proven knowledge of building active online communities or networks with features like gamification, user-generated content, and personalization
Expertise in analyzing product metrics, running experiments, and gathering user feedback to inform product improvements
Creative mindset with awareness of community engagement trends across industries
Significant experience in financial services with understanding of front, middle, and back-office functions
Understanding of regional trends in Financial Services and collaboration platforms
5-10+ years in product management with at least 2-3 years in a senior role
Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to handle ambiguity, and strong user advocacy
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
