Job Responsibility:

  • Quickly translate business vision into robust, scalable, and secure production code
  • Bridge ML models with user interfaces and backend
  • Design complex systems
  • Convert complex business requirements into clean, performing code
  • Own and prioritize a product backlog aligned with business and customer goals
  • Translate product vision into clear initiatives, user stories, and deliverable releases
  • Drive product discovery, make trade-offs, and guide execution in an agile environment
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Design and iterate on complex product workflows

Requirements:

  • Extensively used Vector DBs and RAG
  • Exposure to MLOps principles and practices
  • Solid full-stack development experience
  • Data science and ML knowledge are a plus
  • Experienced Flutter developer or strong tech agnostic software engineer with proven web development expertise
  • Strong analytical and architectural skillset for designing complex systems
  • Experience converting complex business requirements into clean, performing code
  • Knowledge of text processing and PDF manipulation are a plus
  • Solid .Net programming experience
  • Worked on scalable cloud services, authentication/authorization
  • Open to learning new tech stacks
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code) is a plus
  • Experience building powerful web frontends using modern component-based architecture
  • A feel for UX and an eye for UI details
  • Highly proficient in the React and Typescript ecosystem
  • Experience with optimizing application speed and scalability is a plus
  • Hands-on experience owning and prioritizing a product backlog aligned with business and customer goals
  • Worked closely with engineering and design teams to translate product vision into clear initiatives, user stories, and deliverable releases
  • Comfortable driving product discovery, making trade-offs, and guiding execution in an agile environment
  • Experience working with SaaS products, stakeholder management across sales, marketing, and customer success, and tools such as Jira or Confluence
  • Experience conducting user research and translating insights into user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Worked closely with product managers and developers to design and iterate on complex product workflows
  • Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar and understand design systems and accessibility principles
  • Experienced with usability testing, data-informed design decisions, and motion or micro-interactions is a plus
  • Based in the EU time zone, CET plus or minus two hours
