We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Onsite Support Technician to join our Technology team in West Chester, PA. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure a seamless end-user experience across the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related IT equipment
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently
Support and maintain AV equipment, including conference room setups and video conferencing tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely and professional manner
Communicate clearly with end users to understand issues and provide effective solutions
Collaborate with internal IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
Maintain documentation for incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
Assist with system upgrades, installations, and equipment moves
Ensure adherence to ITIL-based processes and best practices
Requirements:
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues efficiently
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or similar (preferred)
AV Equipment Knowledge: Experience setting up and troubleshooting AV and video conferencing tools
