Job Description:

Hayley Dexis has an opportunity for an Onsite Stores Support to work with our onsite customer operation team based in Runcorn. The Stores Support role is based within our customer site. Reporting to the Onsite Manager you will be working collaboratively with the customers engineering team. The role has a broad range of responsibilities from managing the stores, stock control, sourcing and ordering spare parts, managing deliveries, dealing with ad hoc parts requests and emailing requests for quotes for the customer.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in raising sales orders for the onsite customer
  • Liaising with the customer on requirements or concerns raised
  • Carry out daily/weekly stock checks to reflect the requirements of the Contract
  • Manage workshop consumables
  • Assist engineers in issuing spares required from the Stores
  • Add new items to stock as required, label products and stores racking to suit
  • Book in all deliveries on the required systems and put the spares away in the stores or allocated order collection points for engineers

Requirements:

  • Engineering or manufacturing sector experience preferable
  • Warehouse / Stores background with stock checking experience
  • Full driving licence is preferable
  • Customer-focused, driven to provide consistently high levels of service
  • Good level of computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Good level of communication and numerical skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and time management

Nice to have:

  • Engineering or manufacturing sector experience
  • Full driving licence

  • Review and update pay ranges for Store Operations and Store Support Center to ensure competitive structures
  • Consult with Store Operations and Store Support Center managers on pay issues to ensure fair, equitable and competitive pay practices
  • Assist with creating, analyzing, and updating Store Operations and Store Support Center variable pay programs. Work with Finance on updating the metrics within the Variable pay program documents

  • Review and update bonus tracking tables for Regional & Store Managers' bonuses at the end of each fiscal month
