We're looking for an On‑Site Recruitment Coordinator (known as a Recruitment Business Partner) to join our Guidant Global team in Staffordshire, supporting a busy manufacturing client account. You'll play a vital role in delivering the full recruitment and onboarding process and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.
Job Responsibility:
Running multiple assessment centres each week
Welcoming candidates, delivering introductions, and completing Right to Work compliance checks
Conducting 1-1 interviews and supporting offer decisions
Coordinating pre‑employment medicals and accompanying candidates throughout the site
Leading on‑site inductions twice weekly, including presenting to groups
Supporting allocation of new starters across various site locations
Managing recruitment administration including paperwork, onboarding packs, Excel trackers and system updates
Working closely with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly
Requirements:
Experience in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
Ability to use initiative, confidence, and organisational skills
Comfortable presenting to groups
Strong admin and coordinating skills
Ability to drive to site is strongly preferred
