Job Description:

We're looking for an On‑Site Recruitment Coordinator (known as a Recruitment Business Partner) to join our Guidant Global team in Staffordshire, supporting a busy manufacturing client account. You'll play a vital role in delivering the full recruitment and onboarding process and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.

Job Responsibility:

  • Running multiple assessment centres each week
  • Welcoming candidates, delivering introductions, and completing Right to Work compliance checks
  • Conducting 1-1 interviews and supporting offer decisions
  • Coordinating pre‑employment medicals and accompanying candidates throughout the site
  • Leading on‑site inductions twice weekly, including presenting to groups
  • Supporting allocation of new starters across various site locations
  • Managing recruitment administration including paperwork, onboarding packs, Excel trackers and system updates
  • Working closely with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly

Requirements:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
  • Ability to use initiative, confidence, and organisational skills
  • Comfortable presenting to groups
  • Strong admin and coordinating skills
  • Ability to drive to site is strongly preferred
