Job Description

Review the common facilities (mail centers, lakes, trails and other common areas) on an ongoing basis to verify quality and cleanliness of systems and structures, as well as to ensure proper use by residents only and call and coordinate with local law enforcement and Conservation offices to address unauthorized users.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate repairs and service for items noted on facility reviews
  • Perform QA/QC audits for all contracted services
  • Follow up on member concerns and or complaints submitted through Town Square or other tracking systems
  • Act as a goodwill ambassador between the Board and the community
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements
