Job Description:

Onsite Operations Team Lead role at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. Responsible for ensuring events run smoothly from planning to closure, leading a team and managing operational details in high-paced environments.

Job Responsibility:

Designing and coordinating the operational plan for events
Leading the onsite execution of events
Supervising the event closure process including reconciliations and incident reporting
Ensuring the team is aligned, motivated and executing effectively
Interacting with other departments such as Sales, Originals, and Marketing

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields
At least +2/3 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage teams in a structured way
Strong analytical mind
