Job Description:

We are looking for an Onsite Operations Team Lead to play a key role in ensuring that events run smoothly from planning to closure. This is a hands-on role requiring organization, structure, and leadership skills in dynamic environments. You will interact with multiple departments, lead onsite teams, and directly impact operations and customer experience.

Job Responsibility:

Designing and coordinating the operational plan for events
leading onsite execution for setup, live operations, and closure
supervising event closure process, including reconciliations, incident reporting, and improvement feedback
ensuring team alignment, motivation, and execution
interacting with departments like Sales, Originals, and Marketing to align operations with business goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields
+2/3 years of relevant experience in consulting, operations or tech related roles
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ability to manage teams in a structured way
strong analytical mind
ability to embrace and drive change
organized and capable of working in high-paced and dynamic environments.
