Onsite Operations Team Lead role ensuring events run smoothly from planning to closure, leading a team and managing operational details in high-paced dynamic environments.
Job Responsibility:
Designing and coordinating operational plan for events
Leading onsite execution ensuring setup, live operations and closure happen seamlessly
Supervising event closure process including reconciliations, incident reporting and improvement feedback
Ensuring team is aligned, motivated and executing effectively
Interacting with other departments such as Sales, Originals and Marketing
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields
+2/3 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related)
