Onsite Operations Team Lead role ensuring events run smoothly from planning to closure, leading a team and managing operational details in high-paced dynamic environments.

Job Responsibility

  • Designing and coordinating operational plan for events
  • Leading onsite execution ensuring setup, live operations and closure happen seamlessly
  • Supervising event closure process including reconciliations, incident reporting and improvement feedback
  • Ensuring team is aligned, motivated and executing effectively
  • Interacting with other departments such as Sales, Originals and Marketing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields
  • +2/3 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related)

  • ability to manage teams in a structured way
