Onsite Operations Team Lead role ensuring events run smoothly from planning to closure, leading a team and making sure every operational detail is under control in a fast-growing tech platform for culture and live entertainment.
Job Responsibility:
Designing and coordinating the operational plan for events
Leading the onsite execution
Supervising the event closure process
Ensuring the team is aligned, motivated, and executing effectively
Interacting with other departments such as Sales, Originals, and Marketing
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields
At least +2/3 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage teams in a structured way
Strong analytical mind
Hands-on mindset
Organized and structured
Capable of leading a team in high-paced and dynamic environments
