Job Description

We are looking for an Onsite Operations Team Lead who loves to improve efficiency in everything and always finds a way to get things done. As part of the Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our events run smoothly from planning to closure, leading a team and making sure that every operational detail is under control.

Job Responsibility

  • Designing and coordinating the operational plan for events
  • leading the onsite execution
  • supervising the event closure process including reconciliations, incident reporting, and improvement feedback
  • ensuring team alignment, motivation, and effective execution
  • interacting with departments such as Sales, Originals, and Marketing to align operations with business goals
  • leading events and managing a team onsite from day 1

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields
  • at least +2/3 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related)
  • ability to embrace and create change
  • proficiency in Spanish and English
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to manage teams in a structured way
  • strong analytical mind
