Onsite Operations Specialist

We are looking for an Onsite Operations Specialist who loves to improve efficiency in everything and always finds a way to get things done! As part of the Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our events run smoothly from planning to closure, leading a team and making sure that every operational detail is under control. This role is highly hands-on and requires someone organized, structured, and capable of performing well in high-paced and dynamic environments. You will also interact with other departments such as Sales, Originals, and Marketing, ensuring that operations are aligned with business goals. From day 1, you will be leading events and managing a team onsite, always with the support of your peers and managers, making a direct impact on our operations and customer experience.
