Job Description

Onsite Event Coordinator role at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. Responsible for coordinating and managing on-site event operations in Miami, including staff management, inventory control, customer service, and serving as the primary point of contact between partners and the company.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage on-site event staff
  • Ensure staff training in duties
  • Manage and control all devices used in events
  • Control validation system and devices
  • Control flow of people throughout entire experience
  • Manage onsite payment devices and accounts
  • Handle onsite customer complaints
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take extra mile to engage customers
  • Daily reporting to Fever Managers
  • Point of contact between partner/production/onsite staff and Fever

Requirements

  • English fluent (C1 or above)
