Onsite Event Coordinator role at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. Responsible for coordinating and managing on-site event operations in Miami, including staff management, inventory control, customer service, and serving as the primary point of contact between partners and the company.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and manage on-site event staff
Ensure staff training in duties
Manage and control all devices used in events
Control validation system and devices
Control flow of people throughout entire experience
Manage onsite payment devices and accounts
Handle onsite customer complaints
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Take extra mile to engage customers
Daily reporting to Fever Managers
Point of contact between partner/production/onsite staff and Fever
Requirements:
English fluent (C1 or above)
Excellent face-to-face communication skills
Highly organized and efficient
Time management skills
Problem-solver with ability to think strategically and efficiently
Willing to learn from mistakes and give feedback
Collaborative approach
Willing to get hands dirty and work on all required events tasks
