Job Description:

Onsite Operations Coordinator role ensuring events run smoothly from planning to closure, leading teams and managing operational details in dynamic environments

Job Responsibility:

Designing and coordinating operational plan for events
Leading onsite execution including setup, live operations, and closure
Supervising event closure process including reconciliations, incident reporting, and improvement feedback
Ensuring team is aligned, motivated, and executing effectively
Interacting with other departments such as Sales, Originals, and Marketing

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields
+2/3 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related)
Fluent in Spanish and English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage teams in a structured way
Strong analytical mind
