Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Onsite & Email Marketing Manager to support high-impact campaign initiatives in Seattle, WA. This Long-term Contract is hybrid 3 days onsite in Seattle, WA. This position is ideal for someone who can guide email programs from initial concept through post-launch analysis while collaborating across marketing, creative, and operations teams. The role calls for someone who uses data to shape decisions, keeps projects moving in a fast-paced environment, and communicates clearly with stakeholders at every stage.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead email marketing initiatives through planning, audience strategy, content coordination, launch execution, performance tracking, and ongoing refinement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop relevant creative assets and messaging that align with industry standards and campaign goals
  • Produce recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates that highlight campaign progress, business impact, and key performance trends
  • Monitor active projects, communicate status clearly, and help resolve obstacles that may affect timelines or deliverables
  • Evaluate campaign data and customer response metrics to identify opportunities for stronger engagement, conversions, and traffic growth
  • Work across team boundaries to organize priorities, align resources, and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
  • Apply structured decision-making and sound judgment to balance multiple requests in a deadline-driven environment
  • Use modern content tools, including GenAI applications, to support copy development and campaign execution where appropriate
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, peers, and managers across marketing operations, event operations, and creative functions

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience managing email campaigns from strategy through reporting and optimization
  • Strong ability to analyze metrics, interpret performance data, and turn insights into actionable recommendations
  • Background in marketing, campaign planning, and operational coordination within a fast-paced business setting
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising
  • Merchandising experience
  • Proven skill in audience segmentation, KPI reporting, and measuring campaign effectiveness
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized with the flexibility to manage shifting priorities and maintain momentum on multiple projects
  • Comfort using data to guide decisions and improve customer experience and campaign results
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools for content support, copy development, or workflow efficiency
