Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Onsite Delivery Manager to lead IT Infrastructure Operations for a large enterprise customer. This role requires fluency in French to effectively engage with customer stakeholders and oversee IT operations services with a focus on cloud transformation.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the primary onsite interface for customer stakeholders across IT and business functions
  • manage delivery of IT operations services including Network & Storage, Backup (Commvault), OS Patching
  • lead and coordinate high-priority incident resolution involving Customer IT teams, third-party IT vendors, and product support teams (e.g., Nutanix, Oracle, Commvault)
  • ensure effective communication in French, bridging gaps between customer stakeholders and the India-based delivery team
  • drive SLA adherence and ensure high-quality service delivery across L1, L2, and L3 support functions
  • demonstrate ownership and accountability for service outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • collaborate with offshore teams to ensure alignment with customer and ITCi processes
  • support and contribute to the cloud transformation program, with a focus on learning and adapting to AWS-based operations.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations
  • minimum 5 years in an onsite Delivery Manager role for IT operations projects
  • prior experience delivering services using a Global delivery model, Managed services model with distributed teams
  • experience leading transformation of ITOps
  • good understanding of leading transformation using AIOps
  • excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven expertise in engaging, liaising with, and managing a diverse set of executive-level stakeholders (VP and above)
  • ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • proven experience in IT service delivery within the hospitality industry
  • proven experience managing services delivered 100% by offshore (India-based) teams
  • strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure hosted on-prem
  • fluent in French (mandatory) and proficient in English
  • excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • highly proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
  • ability to work effectively with stakeholders and vendors who do not report directly to this role
  • exposure to AWS Cloud or other cloud platforms
  • ability and willingness to learn and lead in cloud transformation.
