Job Responsibility:
Responding to calls and emails, greeting clients, and distributing keys and remotes
Tracking work orders, violations, and architectural applications and filing
Preparing meeting documents, maintaining reports, and managing correspondence
Utilizing Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams for daily communication and task management while learning and efficiently using our HOA Management platform
Working full-time onsite, Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm
Requirements:
2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
High school or equivalent
A professional, pleasant phone presence and the ability to handle challenging clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer relationship management software
Clear track record of great customer service
Extrovert with a passion to talk with new people
Time management and organizational skills with an ability to multi-task
Nice to have:
Experience in HOA management, property management, real estate, or escrow is a plus
