Job Responsibility

Perform daily janitorial duties, including cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and mopping
Maintain and upkeep community buildings and common grounds
Complete landscaping tasks such as tree trimming and seasonal projects
Conduct weekly inspections of homeowner properties
Remove snow, manage ice rink areas, and perform seasonal maintenance
Install and maintain park/sports equipment and nets
Replace light bulbs, maintain mailboxes, and perform minor repairs
Pick up trash and ensure cleanliness throughout common areas
Assist with setup and teardown for community events
Complete painting, staining, and general improvement projects
