The Onshore Quality & Performance Coordinator plays a key role in driving quality culture, performance monitoring, and cross-discipline integration across the Onshore scope of the Project. Acting on behalf of the Onshore Assurance & Integration Manager, the role ensures coherent quality assurance coverage across EPC packages and interfaces, while leading KPI architecture, quality data management, performance reporting, and lessons learned implementation.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate quality assurance interfaces across Onshore EPC scopes, including Onshore Facilities, Marine Facilities, Utilities, and Early Site Infrastructure
Ensure consistent and coherent quality assurance coverage across all Onshore interfaces and disciplines
Support integration opportunities to streamline quality processes across packages and organizations
Define, develop, and maintain the Project Quality Performance Indicator (KPI) architecture, including Cost of Quality and maturity indicators
Structure and manage quality performance data systems, ensuring integrity, traceability, accessibility, and alignment with reporting requirements
Operate project KPI dashboards, monitor trends, and escalate deviations to management
Deploy the Project Quality Culture programme in line with contractor philosophy across all Onshore packages and locations
Develop and maintain the Project Quality training matrix to ensure competency coverage aligned with project criticality
Drive engagement initiatives to create a unified, integrated quality team mindset across Home Office, Site, and vendor locations
Deploy Lean, Kaizen, and iObeya practices to support continuous improvement, visual management, and waste reduction
Track and report Cost of Quality, including rework, non-conformities, audit findings, and deviations
Manage the Quality Observations (Q-Obs) programme, transforming field observations into actionable improvement initiatives
Conduct trend analysis on non-conformities, deviations, derogations, and audit findings
Chair the Lessons Learned Committee and maintain the Lessons Learned Register, ensuring effective capture, prioritization, and reuse across packages
Govern digital quality and performance tools, including Change Management and Construction Management Systems, ensuring alignment with downstream commissioning
Act as Project Feedback Representative towards Company's Headquarters on quality performance and lessons learned
Deputize for the Onshore Assurance & Integration Manager on defined quality and performance matters when required
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline (advanced degree or professional certification preferred)
Minimum 20 years' experience in project management, quality assurance, performance management, lean manufacturing, compliance, coordination, quality control, and quality assurance
Proven experience in large-scale EPC or LNG projects within complex, multinational environments
Strong leadership, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement capabilities
