The ONPAC Call agent is responsible for managing inbound calls in a fast paced environment with entering information in a system to track/transfer patients. In this role you will have interaction with other clinics, physicians and the new patient coordinators. In this role you will be working at the MD Anderson Cancer Center so the ideal candidate should not only be dedicated and committed to their work, but be compassionate and have the ability to show empathy.
Job Responsibility:
Managing inbound calls in a fast paced environment with entering information in a system to track/transfer patients
Handling customer service inquiries from patients, providers, physicians and internal departments related to the cancer center activities and access to patient care
Assessing the callers needs and directs them to appropriate personnel and departments
