Job Description

The Hippodrome Casino is recruiting an experienced Online Studio Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of training within our new live online studio operation. This is a key role responsible for ensuring all Online Presenters and operational staff are trained to the highest standards across gaming procedures, presentation, compliance and customer interaction.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and deliver structured training programmes
  • Manage onboarding and competency assessments
  • Develop presentation and customer interaction standards
  • Support operational performance through coaching and development
  • Create and maintain SOPs and training materials
  • Work closely with studio management and operational departments
