We are looking for a confident, tech-savvy Online Trainer / Presenter to deliver live remote training sessions for interpreters. This role focuses on onboarding linguists to our interpreters’ apps, portals and platforms via interactive webinars and online presentations. You will serve as the first point of live training contact for interpreters, ensuring they are well-equipped to navigate and utilise the systems confidently and efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver engaging online training sessions and webinars for freelance linguists
Provide live walkthroughs of the Linguist Hub App and Linguist Hub Portal
Guide users on how to: Log in to the app and portal for the first time
Reset passwords and update personal information
Navigate the app dashboard and accept/reject jobs
Set availability and manage job notifications
Use the messaging function to communicate with coordinators
View and manage upcoming and past assignments
Demonstrate how to: Upload required documentation and compliance forms
Track payment statuses and download remittance advice
Update language preferences, locations, and contact details
Explain how to use key features such as push notifications and calendar integration
Respond to common user questions during sessions and provide clear, concise answers
Highlight where to find further support, including helpdesk resources, tutorials, and FAQs
Escalate technical issues or recurring user concerns to the appropriate internal teams
Collect feedback from attendees and contribute to improving training materials and delivery
Maintain accurate records of attendance and session feedback
Requirements:
Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly via video platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Google Meet)
Prior experience in delivering online training, user onboarding or live webinars is highly desirable
Familiarity with mobile and web-based apps
ability to explain tech concepts clearly to non-technical users
Comfortable speaking to groups and adapting delivery to different levels of digital literacy
Organised, punctual, and able to work independently while managing multiple sessions
