We are currently seeking an Online Solutions and Implementation Support Executive to join a growing team. Job Responsibility:
Implement and support corporate online booking tools
Manage client onboarding and system configurations
Provide ongoing technical and operational support to clients
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of online solutions
Requirements:
Experience within travel technology or corporate travel
Strong understanding of online booking tools
Excellent communication and client service skills
