Job Description:

We’re looking for an Online Sales and Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team! As an Online Sales and Client Onboarding Specialist, your primary role will involve reaching out to potential clients via email, engaging them with our services, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. While most of the work will be conducted through email, occasional phone calls may be required. You’ll also be responsible for generating interest in our services and delivering final presentations to facilitate seamless client transitions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Send emails daily to potential clients in the US, UK, CA, AU, NZ, and Europe
  • Occasionally make calls to engage clients as needed
  • Generate interest in our services and follow up on leads
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain client engagement
  • Utilize and improve communication scripts for effective outreach
  • Deliver presentations to ensure a smooth client transition
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless onboarding experiences

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in email outreach and occasional cold-calling, particularly with clients in the US, UK, CA, AU, NZ, and Europe
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of Sales experience is a must
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with using CRM tools
  • A USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone for occasional calls
