Job Description:

Cozycozy is hiring an Online Reputation Manager to grow cozycozy’s visibility and authority internationally. You will build relationships with high-quality travel and media websites, creators, and social media communities to secure meaningful coverage and brand mentions. The scope is broad: online PR, partnerships, reviews, guest content, and social mentions when relevant. The goal is to strengthen our reputation, authority, and brand awareness globally, which also improves how we show up in search engines and how we get cited by LLM platforms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own cozycozy’s online reputation and authority across priority markets
  • Coordinate content that builds trust and authority: reviews, guest posts, partner articles, and social posts
  • Ensure quality control on everything that goes out (accuracy, positioning, links, landing pages)
  • Come up with strong ideas and story angles, and secure coverage through online PR
  • Build and maintain relationships with publishers, creators, and journalists
  • Track what works and what doesn’t: coverage quality, share of voice, authority signals, competitor moves, and citations on LLM platforms
  • Work with external contributors or agencies when needed

Requirements:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, partnerships, and online reputation
  • Comfortable writing outreach emails and building relationships in English
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Curious, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Likes fast execution, high standards, and international teams

Nice to have:

  • Any additional language is a plus
  • Experience in outreach, affiliate, PR, SEO, is a plus
