In the role as Online Range Specialist, you encourage existing customers to shop more frequently and in larger volumes. By offering and optimizing the best shopping experience and optimizing your product range you are responsible for, achieving maximum sales growth and profitability in the E-commerce channel. You contribute actively to attract and convert more consumers to customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Securing that the agreed product range is visible and buyable on the IKEA online channels according to the business rules
  • Effectively administering range changes
  • Maximizing the online sales and sales margin of the range in collaboration with the Selling team
  • Preparing for offering the best shopping experience for digital sales and commercial activities by contributing with insights and ideas to the briefing process and securing the availability of the online offer
  • Content creation together with the other online specialists in the team
  • Contributing with insights to key stakeholders in the market on how to improve the multichannel customer experience
  • Contributing to optimize the range offer in collaboration with respective Sales Leaders and work proactively towards stakeholders to secure correct fulfilment and forecast at product level
  • Actively cooperating with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact
