Job Description:

The mission of our team is to turn visitors into happy customers. We’re a diverse group of digital fanatics who work together to lead our business development and operations across digital channels to inspire people with the IKEA range wherever they are – on a bus, in the waiting room, at an IKEA store, at home on the sofa or in the bathtub.

Job Responsibility:

Matching and analyzing the e-commerce operation data
Assist the team to communicate with relevant departments
Analyze the crowd and customers of the e-commerce platform and coordinate
Passion for home furnishing

Requirements:

Attention to detail and a patient approach to tasks
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques
A genuine love for Ikea and its products
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
