Job Description

This is a brand new offering for education from Elementa Education Group. Our growing group already operate through Elmtree Learning Partnership (Alternative Learning Provision), Elmtree Grove School (SEND School), Elementa Support Services (school services & training) and also coming soon Independent School. We are seeking a fully qualified teacher (FQT) or NQT with significant SEND Teaching experience (induction cannot be supported.) The role will involve delivering pre-planned lessons (provided) tailored to the cohort of up to x12 learners in an online classroom environment. All of our learners have an EHCP and the work would be suitable & accessible for the groups and individuals. We anticipate the initial cohort to be Key Stage 1 and learning would be delivered in an ALP style/format however, in line with the National Curriculum for English & Maths and following the THRIVE approach. Many of the learners we support have not engaged in education for a significant amount of time so an individualised approach for each child is necessary. Our business is growing to reach an increasingly wider profile of learner. Invariably, the learners we support have additional needs, an EHCP or are Gifted & Talented. Fundmamentally our business is wholly child-centered to creatively meet the needs of every learner. Our headquarters are based in Weston Super Mare with sites across the South West and beyond.
