Job Description:

The Hippodrome Casino is seeking experienced and motivated Online Pit Bosses to support the launch and operation of our new live online studio. This supervisory role is responsible for overseeing Online Presenters and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the studio floor. The successful candidate will maintain operational standards, game integrity, staff performance and regulatory compliance within a live broadcast environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervising Online Presenters during live operations
  • Ensuring games are conducted accurately and professionally
  • Supporting presenter performance and development
  • Managing operational incidents and procedural escalations
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of compliance and professionalism
  • Working closely with surveillance, technical and management teams

Requirements:

  • Strong casino operational knowledge
  • leadership capability
  • ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
  • previous supervisory or pit management experience within a casino or live studio environment (highly desirable)
  • Personal Functional License (PFL) required
