Online Merchandiser

• Daily and weekly trading analysis, providing insights and actions to improve performance and meet targets
• Analysis of customer behaviour and conversion trends to pull levers to capitalise on opportunities
• Owning site search and merchandising from set up, ranking logic, searchable attributes, synonyms, filters, and rule modifications
• Campaign execution from marketing campaigns, promotions, and sale. Creating collection links, updating pricing, merchandising relevant products in key positions
• Product pricing on site and overseeing product enrichment
• Reviewing site analytics and preparing recommendations for products to be promoted across marketing channels
• Identifying stock and sales opportunities to increase stock allocation and improve sales and sell through
• Driving end-to-end management of site issues, from identification through to resolution

• Prior experience within a similar Online Merchandising position
• Three or more years’ experience in Merchandising
• Comprehensive understanding of Excel and confidence using merchandising software and online tools, preferably with Shopify knowledge
• Experience using Google Analytics (GA4), building custom reports and interpreting data
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Strong initiative and high-level negotiation and influencing skills
• Able to work different time zones with remote teams
