Job Description:

Our client, a travel management company, is seeking an Online Implementation Support Executive to be involved in all aspects of the travel technology with a strong focus on online client services; taking responsibility for implementing and supporting corporate online booking tools. This role is Monday-Friday and based in their office in Hampshire and comes with a competitive salary dependent on experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Give technical presentations and training to corporate clients
  • Provide technical support to and training to all departments
  • Maintain and develop company Intranet site
  • Be fully conversant with the full portfolio of services and online booking tools
  • Assist with IT troubleshooting and reconciliation duties
  • Account manage any designated accounts

Requirements:

  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11
  • Fully competent in MS Office
  • Excellent written English
  • Knowledge of online booking tools and passion for technology
  • Experience in the travel industry an advantage
  • Good attention to detail
