Job Responsibility:

  • Select and gather products for customers' online orders in an efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality
  • Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payment
  • Deliver and load orders to cars upon customer arrival for pick up
  • Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards
  • Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customer's order at pick-up
  • Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment

Requirements:

  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Ability to read shelf tags
  • Basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience as a personal shopper, in a production oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier
