As an In-store fulfilment Team Manager, you will be at the heart of our Supply Chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination between the shop floor teams, customer service, our fulfilment DC in Birmingham, head office digital teams and our buying and merch team. Your leadership will ensure we deliver on our customer promise by fulfilling orders efficiently and effectively. You will oversee the department and lead a wider team of Online fulfilment associates, owning, developing and delivering all aspects of Selfridges activities while driving performance, compliance and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:
